IronWarranty reviews repair orders and warranty documentation, catches missing or inconsistent information, and flags problems before submission — giving your warranty team cleaner claims and less rework.
Repair orders and supporting paperwork, exported from the system you already use. No software to install and no integration.
We check that the technician's write-up explains the failure, that the parts and labor match the story, and flag anything missing or inconsistent.
Findings are flagged with what's missing and the line from the repair order it came from. Your team submits, exactly as they do today.
A claim needs the technician's story to explain the failure, the parts and labor to match that story, and the details to line up. When something's missing, the claim comes back — and someone has to work out why, fix it, and send it again. At one store that's manageable. Across a group it's a queue that grows every month.
For anyone who works claims daily.
No change to how technicians work. We take the repair order and supporting documentation from the system you already use — email, export, or shared folder.
The claim is only as good as what the technician wrote at eight in the morning.
Most rejections don't come from complicated coverage questions. They come from a story that describes a repair without describing the failure — written by someone who was already needed on the next machine.
The same repair documented two ways at two stores doesn't produce the same outcome. Claims from every location run through the same review, against the same requirements.
IronWarranty applies the same documentation checks across every claim, helping surface missing information, inconsistencies, and areas that need attention. Uncertain or judgment-heavy issues are escalated rather than guessed.
Automation is genuinely good at reading documents, pulling out information consistently and applying the same standard without fatigue. It doesn't make the calls that require judgment — those are escalated rather than guessed.
We increase the capacity of your warranty operation. We don't replace it, and we don't submit on your behalf.
IronWarranty is being built alongside a limited group of multi-location equipment dealers rather than launched broadly. Design partners shape how the service works and get priority on the programs we support first.
No. IronWarranty is an independent service company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by or partnered with any equipment manufacturer. We work for dealers, within each manufacturer's published warranty requirements.
No. We review claims and hand back what we found. Your team submits through your own systems, and your dealership retains final authority on everything that goes out.
Not to start. Engagements begin with repair order documentation sent to us directly — no integration project and no IT involvement. If a group later wants a deeper connection, that's a separate conversation on their timeline.
They stay with you. Physical handling, tagging, storage and shipment of failed parts for inspection remain a dealership responsibility. That work can't be done remotely and we don't claim otherwise.
No. We increase the capacity of your existing warranty operation. Most groups we speak with are trying to absorb rising claim volume without continually adding headcount, or to free experienced warranty staff from routine review so they can work on the claims that need their expertise.
We're focused first on the programs our design partners carry, then expanding. Heavy-equipment, agricultural and heavy-truck manufacturer programs are all in scope. Tell us what your group carries and we'll be direct about whether we're ready to support it well.
No. The interfaces on this page illustrate the workflow we're building with our design partners. The service today is delivered as prepared claim work returned to your team, not as a product you log into.
Pricing scales with claim volume rather than a flat per-location fee, because volume varies enormously between groups. We'll give you specific numbers once we understand yours.
Tell us about your group and how you handle warranty today. If it looks like a fit, we'll arrange a review of a sample of your recent claims and show you what we find.
